John Beaumont
Non-Executive Chairman

A seasoned CEO & Chairman — John has spent a handful of decades leading large companies at the highest level including time as Exec Director at FTSE100 company (Energis PLC), at which time he oversaw the $1bil+ Nasdaq IPO, CEO of an LSE listed company (QA PLC) and Managing Partner in a global management & consulting firm (BearingPoint).

John is currently a Partner at M&A International (a corporate finance advisory firm in Brussels), and is Chairman of a handful of boards. John was also the Non-exec Chairman at the Office for National Statistics, etc.

Luca Caserta
Board Member, Finance

A seasoned CFO, Luca started his career in M&A around the world at the likes of JP Morgan & Merrill Lynch.

Luca then moved into a CFO role at Valentino Fashion Group, who own of the brands Valentino, Hugo Boss, Marlboro Classics, Missoni, Lebole, etc. with over €2bn revenue as of 2006 — also leading their IPO in 2005.

Then, Luca held CFO & CIO roles at Prysmian Group (a €10bil company) — where he led their IPO in 2007.

Luca’s CFO experience is invaluable to Aurelius throughout our active acquisitions & development program.

Howard da Silva
Board Member. M&A

A highly recognised individual in Big 4 accounting world; Howard’s career includes time around the world as an M&A Partner, including a spell at KPMG in Australia, followed by an 11 year spell as Managing Partner of Corporate Finance for Deloitte in Zurich, building the division up from scratch to a 100+ employee function.

Howards big 4 career ended as Deloitte’s global M&A advisory leader for Consumer Goods industry, working closely with the likes of Nestle on complex cross-boarder transactions.

Since Retiring from his career at Deloitte, Howard has spent his time working on M&A focused boards, advising & consulting on transactional growth & value generation.

Andy Moseby
Board Member. Legal

Andy is a highly experienced M&A lawyer that has spent most of his career serving the technology industry.

Andy was an Equity Partner at a UK law firm, Kemp Little, which was a specialist Technology focused law firm which he built up over the course of 19 years — which eventually acquired by Deloitte Legal. Kemp Little actually became the backbone of Deloitte Legal, doubling the size of their legal business — where Andy continued to work as an Equity Partner, leading the focus on end-to-end M&A and providing clients with an even broader and deeper range of legal expertise, to complement existing services in advisory, technology, consultancy and managed services.

Jordan Stevenson
Board member. Growth, M&A

Jordan has spent his career driving commercial growth for venture-backed businesses, FTSE-listed companies expanding internationally, and high-growth SMEs building market-leading positions.

He brings extensive experience in building sales & marketing teams and leading revenue acceleration, with a particular focus on commercial positioning, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies that turn businesses into leaders in their corner of the market.

At Aurelius, Jordan works on growth delivery for our network of healthcare service providers, working to enhance commercial performance, providing strategic and operational support that translates clinical quality into sustainable growth, and building the long term growth functions.
